Nimbusera LLC ("Nimbusera", "we", "us" or "our") builds mobile applications and operates the website nimbusera.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to all of our mobile apps (the "Services") unless an app has its own privacy notice, in which case that notice applies.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information such as your email address or name, if an app offers an account.
• Content you create, such as text prompts, photos or other files you choose to process in our apps.
• Communications when you contact us for support or feedback.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs and how features are used.
• Identifiers such as an app-specific user ID, and — only with your permission where required — advertising identifiers.
• Purchase information such as subscription status and transaction history. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your full payment card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services and their features.
• To process your content when you ask us to (for example, generating an AI response or enhancing a photo).
• To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• To diagnose crashes, ensure security and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To understand aggregate usage and measure the performance of our marketing.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you create to train AI models.

3. Service providers

We share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Services, only as needed and under contractual obligations to protect it. Depending on the app, these may include:

• Cloud hosting and database providers (for example Hetzner, Cloudflare).
• Subscription management (for example RevenueCat) and app stores (Apple, Google).
• Analytics and crash reporting tools.
• AI model providers used to process requests you make inside an app.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

4. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Content you submit for processing is deleted from our systems once it is no longer needed, unless you choose to save it in the app.

5. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, Turkey and US states such as California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can:

• Delete your account from within an app, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
• Disable tracking and personalized ads in your device settings.
• Email us at privacy@nimbusera.com to exercise any of your rights. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

8. International transfers

Nimbusera is based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be communicated within the app where appropriate.
