Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated personal data from any Nimbusera app at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

• Open the app and go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.
• Your account and personal data are deleted immediately from our active systems.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account:

We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (email, name, user ID).
• Content you created or saved in the app.
• Usage data linked to your account.

What may be kept

• Purchase and subscription records required by law or by Apple / Google for tax and accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years).
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Please cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings — see our Support page.
